It is a great unit but one of the pulley cables was done; and I didn't expect to be able to obtain a replacement part, and thought I would have to fabricate the part. Lo and behold, Fitness Repair had the part, for a fair price, and shipped it to me (in Canada) in less than a week. Absolutely outstanding service! I have a 10 year old elliptical that had a part go out on it, but is otherwise in great shape. Rather than spending hundreds to replace the elliptical I found a part on this site for $40 and got it back up and running.
